Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The “Beyond the Eagle Obsession: 50 Years of Fandom” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of FutureDude Entertainment, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by FutureDude Entertainment (the “Sponsor”).

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a. Automatic Entry (with Purchase)

Pre-order a copy of Beyond the Eagle Obsession: 50 Years of Fandom via our official Shopify store during the entry period and you will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

b. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name and a valid email address on a 3” x 5” card or sheet of paper and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be received by October 30, 2025 to be eligible. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM CT on May 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 30, 2025.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a FutureDude Special Edition Eagle Transporter model kit. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $200.00. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around October 30, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. Governing Law

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
